Welcome to Poohat Pictures.
Poohat Pictures is the business name for all things creative by photographer and author, Christopher Hamilton (me).
Specializing in photography of The Niagara Escarpment, The Bruce Trail and Conservation Areas along the Escarpment, my mission is to promote preservation and conservation of this 450 million year old biosphere; and to digitally record as many forms of life possible as I come across them in my travels.
Of particular interest are the Turkey Vultures of Mount Nemo: a little on the homely side, but the most graceful bird in flight. I've spent this entire season with them and hope to put out a photography book very soon.
